Scott began his photography addiction in the 90’s while shooting publicity stills on motion pictures in Los Angeles. He calls this one of the most interesting photography experiences of his career, because he learned a lot about filmmaking and the wonderful camaraderie on-set.  

 

Inspired by his experiences on films, Scott turned his focus to commercial and fashion photography with a cinematic approach. "I see photography primarily as abbreviated story-telling and while shooting, I think equally about feeling, composition and the authenticity conveyed within the image". Hitting the target with all of these crucial aspects gives him much joy and satisfaction …and this feeling is why he shoots.  Having also served the industry as an Art Director, Producer and Photo Editor over the years, Scott is recognized as a creative advocate for photographers and clients alike.
